Requirements
- Admitted as a legal practitioner in Queensland
- Minimum 3 years PAE in family law
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills

Graduate Solicitor – Rotational Program
Our 12-month rotational graduate program offers exposure to commercial law, litigation, property law, and immigration law. You will be mentored by our senior solicitors and receive hands-on experience across all practice areas.

We are looking for a skilled paralegal to support our litigation team in Sydney. You will assist with case preparation, discovery, briefing counsel, and court filings in civil and commercial litigation matters.
Requirements
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Legal Practice (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience as a paralegal in litigation
- Proficiency in legal case management software
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Conveyancing Clerk / Paralegal
An exciting opportunity for an experienced conveyancing paralegal to join our property law team. You will manage residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction through to settlement.
Requirements

- Proficiency with PEXA and electronic settlements

We are expanding our immigration practice and seeking an experienced immigration solicitor or registered migration agent to handle a broad range of visa applications, AAT reviews, and judicial review matters.
Requirements
- Admitted solicitor (Australia) OR Registered Migration Agent (MARA)
- Minimum 2 years experience in immigration law
- Strong knowledge of the Migration Act and Regulations
